In 2024 we marked our 50th anniversary, with a special evening to pay homage to our shared love for exquisite dining and exceptional wines. This special evening was a testament to the heart and soul of our club.
The exquisit menu was crafted by exceptional local chef, Stewart Gilchrist, Pickled Sisters.
Members and guests indulged in four courses of canapés, entree, main, and dessert, each dish thoughtfully prepared to evoke the essence of our culinary journey.
Wines included a selection of exceptional local Rutherglen wineries and renowned wines from around the world.
Amidst the courses, we acknowledged the rich history of our club that encapsulates the shared experiences and camaraderie that define us.
The General Secretary from the founding Beefsteak and Burgundy Club (located in Adelaide), joined us to celebrate 50 remarkable years of the Rutherglen Beefsteak & Burgundy Club.
The food and wine theme chosen for the celebration was Rutherglen Vs The World.
