The menu will be crafted by exceptional local chef, Stewart Gilchrist, Pickled Sisters.
Indulge in four courses of canapés, entree, main, and dessert, each dish thoughtfully prepared to evoke the essence of our culinary journey.
Wines will include a selection of exceptional local Rutherglen wineries and renowned wines from around the world.
